John Legend Producing Comedy Show For NBC

So John Legend is not a one dimensional artist nor is he a one dimensional business man. Mr. Legend's Get Lifted Film Company just sold a family comedy to NBC. The show, Mixed Blessings, is about a Hip Hop artist who finds out he has a son and the child was adopted by a white suburban couple. I can only imagine the various scenarios that will develop as the main character attempts to be a part of his son's life. There's no word on when the series will air. Good for you John!
